Hello! We've joined forces to set up a Valorant LAN gathering for our college celebration. We aimed to create a tournament-style experience, but our campus PCs aren't ideal for that. We considered reaching out to sponsors who could support the event, though we're unsure if they'd offer the marketing reach a big brand like ASUS ROG or MSI would expect. We'd really appreciate any advice on how to proceed. Best of luck!

Businesses won't hand out large sums of money for free computers just to host LAN events at college campuses. Instead, relocate the gathering to a nearby LAN gaming venue. Reach out to such a place and inquire about renting their equipment for the occasion. Ensure participants bring their own devices.

Back then, such setups were mostly handled by bringing your own rig. But as @Spotty pointed out, you could potentially find a solution by connecting to a nearby LAN or gaming venue—those would be your top options.

Hello, thanks for your responses. They really make sense. I know that reaching out to OEMs for sponsorship is challenging, but I thought it could help boost my event promotion. I’ll definitely remember the "Bring your own PC" approach as it seems most promising. Peace
