Ignore the parts of this build that aren't needed. I just want someone to locate a compatible fan that matches your PC case and CPU from partpicker. The GPU, CPU, Mobo, and RAM are for a new build you're shipping. My old PC never got much use out of overclocking the GPU or CPU. I'm planning to push my CPU and GPU to higher speeds for gaming and would appreciate recommendations on a suitable cooler. It could be either a fan or a water cooler, aiming for a price between $30 and $60. With my current stock cooler when idle, my GPU runs at 46°C and CPU at 50°C (as shown in MSI Afterburner). Any advice would be really helpful.
I use the Corsair H60 with my 6700k and it performs well. It's a complete water cooler that costs $60 on NCIX. It seems to be a common setup (most cases have a 120mm fan mount), so you should be okay.

By the way, do you usually overclock it much?
For regular use, I don't push it to high speeds just to extend its life, but when I try to overclock to boost performance, it often reaches around 4.6 to 4.8 under good conditions and stable temperatures.
