It can manage it. You already possess the necessary equipment, so why not give it a shot. Raspbian will function perfectly fine.

Uncertain whether a Raspberry Pi supports it: Parsec could be a choice. If not: Dispose of the Raspberry Pi and purchase an Intel N100 mini-PC using this funds.
