Initially, please accept my gratitude for reading this. My setup has remained stable for over three years without many issues. The challenge began when a fan failed on my 2080ti, requiring warranty service between June and July of 2022. Since December 12th, 2022, I’ve kept all drivers up to date—Fan controller, AMD, Nvidia, BIOS, Armoury Crate, Corsair iCue, L-Connect3, and all related software. I also swapped the power supply on December 16th, 2022, to an EVGA 1300 GT (1300 Watts) from the EVGA 1300 G+ (1300 Watts). Despite these efforts, the same problem persists. After several warranty changes and new purchases, I’m close to assembling a fresh PC. At 75% blindness, this machine is my only way to work, relying on software for magnification.

Current setup:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WI-FI)
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z neo F4-3600C16Q-64GTZNC DDR4-3600 CL16-19-19-39 1.35V 64GB (4x16GB)
GPU: ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX3090-O24G-WHITE
CPU Cooler: ASUS ROG RYUJIN II 360
PSU: EVGA Supernova 1300 GT
Case Fans: Lian Li SL120 Infinity (x9)
Add-in: Asus TPM-M R2.0 14-1 Pin TPM Module
NVMe SSD: Samsung 980 PRO 2TB NVMe Gen 4 M.2 (2x)
SATA SSD: Samsung 870 EVO 2TB 2.5 Inch
Keyboard/Mouse/Headset: Corsair K95 RGB Platinum XT Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro SE, Wireless FPS/MOBA Mouse
Gaming Headset: Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT High-Fidelity

Issues:
- Random system freezes or crashes at unexpected times, sometimes during games, other times while working in VMware or with Word documents.
- BIOS corruption warnings appear before needing a restore via USB Flashback.
- Monitor freezes to black or static when no activity is detected.
- No response from BIOS after reset attempts.
- Case fan operation remains, LEDs stay on, and GPU illumination persists.
- Power button and reset keys don’t function; case reset fails.
- All fans spin, display stays active, but system doesn’t boot normally.

My troubleshooting steps:
- Ran Memtest86 and Windows Memory Diagnostics—both failed.
- Restored UEFI to defaults and retested.
- Swapped memory (passed).
- Replaced GPU (passed).
- Swapped GPU again (still issues).
- Updated PSU firmware to 2204, then back to 4201.
- Rolled back BIOS to V1.0 and V1.3.
- Replaced motherboard via RMA (11/29/2022).
- Updated all drivers since 12/12/2022 except iCue.
- Reinstalled Windows 10 Pro, removed NVMe drives except boot drive.
- Reinstalled required software and drivers one by one.

Results:
- Windows crashes to Amber DRAM light repeatedly.
- CPU cooler changed; PSU remains functional.
- Lian Li fans still work via proprietary connections.
- iCue and L-Connect3 work together without issues, but conflicts arise when used with ASUS Aura.

I’m 75% blind, so this machine is essential for my daily tasks. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.: No BSOD logs due to hard stops. Crash dumps from GPU-z are stored in L-Connect3 and help monitor fan control.
