iCUE isn't recognizing your H80i v2 AIO cooler.
Hello, a few queries regarding RAM, AIO cooler, and motherboard. I recently upgraded my RAM for Corsair Vengeance RGB and it appears correctly in iCUE, but the H80i v2 cooler isn’t visible. I used the old Corsair Link software, which only provides temperature info—not color options. My ASUS Maximus Hero XI is listed in iCUE, yet no settings are available. Any suggestions? Yes, iCUE is current. Also, is it typical for my new RAM to show a BIOS value around 3600? I turned on XPM, showing 3597 MHz at the bottom, 3600 at the top, and 2133 DRAM status (previously that was 2133).
Does the Corsair AIO cooler come with a USB Link cable connected to your motherboard, or was it left out? If missing, it can't communicate with the software. Also, I'm using an older Corsair Hydro H115i. During setup, Windows struggled to detect the USB input because I have many internal connections. I had to constantly switch between internal USB ports until it recognized a connected device... USB behavior can be unpredictable. It might help if the system stays on while you rearrange them. If you run out of internal connectors, Zalman's Internal USB2 hub is a useful alternative. Let me know if this assists or clarifies your problem. BlackDragon
