The computer is experiencing intermittent freezing issues, occurring several times a day regardless of the task – gaming, video streaming, etc. This issue started after upgrading the RAM to 32GB. The BIOS has been updated to the latest version.

The system is a CyberPowerPC Gamer X500i Gaming Desktop Computer with a Radeon RX 580 graphics card and 32 GB of DDR4 RAM. The RAM purchased separately is also a 32GB DDR4 kit.

Despite troubleshooting, including BIOS updates, the freezing persists.
