During the installation of OS X on my Dell, I was looking for iATKOS S3 but only found a torrent version available. Unfortunately, I can't access the torrent for any reason. If anyone could locate a proper, non-torrented image, it would be really helpful.

I would never do that, it’s definitely against the rules. The only option seems to be using a torrent client unless you own an OS X machine at home.

I'm technically capable. The Dell system is operating on version 10.8, though there are some unusual behaviors.

Looking for an OS X Dropbox folder might be risky, posting could have consequences. Consider using uTorrent or BitTorrent instead. PirateBay is another option if you're comfortable with that.

I'm not able to download files. Your internet service provider seems unreliable.

Ah, VPN? I've only heard about it through torrenting or downloading it directly from a Windows PC :{

Currently, all VPN solutions for OS X perform poorly.
