It's been running consistently at 3.6 GHz for the last month, but today it's staying steady at 4.7 GHz across all cores. No changes to settings or BIOS were made—it just adjusted itself. Could be Intel Turbo Boost enabled by default or another built-in feature.

Background processes continuously run, and once they exceed a certain threshold, the CPU speeds up to assist with performance. Expect frequent adjustments in frequency.
