Hi guys, please share the screenshots if possible. I need to check if the voltages are correct. If the CPU package power is too high, I should test using Cinebench with an AVX offset of 2, all cores at 4.9. I want to see if temperatures are acceptable or not. Adaptive voltage-on, speedstep-on, and idle temps should be between 27 to mid to high 30s.
Also, here are some details about the ASUS Maximus XI Hero Wi-Fi, i9-9900K, AIO cooler from NZXT Kraken X72, 32GB memory, 750PSU Evga Gold, SSD drives. The i9-9900K doesn’t really impress me much.

Your CPU is clearly throttling, but it's hard to pinpoint the exact reason from the images provided. The clear sign is that your CPU is being reduced all the way down to its lowest frequency. When adjusted properly, you should reach around 5000-5100 in Cinebench R20.
