Hey there, friends. I'm trying to figure out the best build for my PC with a budget around 4000 USD, including all the necessary parts. I'm considering either the i9-10900K or the Ryzen 9 3950X. The workload is pretty heavy—streaming at 240Hz, video editing, programming, and 3D rendering are all on the table. I've picked an Asus Rog 2080Ti OC for the GPU and a 64GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo for RAM.
