the 10900f all core boost only offers 4.6 watts, even at 102 bus speed it would still fall behind a 3900x/t or a 10700k (400usd) setup on everything. it's a locked chip that consumes 200w even with the "65w tdp," so it wouldn't even consider buying it if it were cheaper by 100usd.
