SSE Frequency means the clock speed at which the software processes data. It’s usually around 3 GHz, but it can vary based on settings. Under full load it shows about 1.173 GHz, which is normal. Adaptive mode adjusts voltage automatically, so it shouldn’t be too much. Your CPU runs at 3600 MHz—timings refer to the clock settings that help the processor run efficiently.

For the 3600 MHz configuration, adjusting Vccsa and Vccio manually to roughly 1.15-1.2 V is sufficient. Adaptive voltage settings need manual configuration. Be sure to consult your motherboard's documentation for precise instructions.

Checking the details but SSE Frequency still indicates it's the best speed setting. Targeting 4.9 and configuring AVX to -2.

Both profiles are strong, with ratings around 4.7 and 5.0. For gaming, some titles noticeably improve performance after upgrading to the higher version with adaptive sync enabled.
