hello, i'm considering boosting my i7 9700k to 3.60mhz. my motherboard is an asus z390-e gaming model. i've never done overclocking before, so i was hoping someone could help me. i tried last night using this guide, but ended up resetting the bios after a blue screen of death appeared.
