How much performance boost is achievable with an i7 920 and the built-in cooler? Can I push it up to 3.2GHz? My cooler isn't ideal for overclocking, but I'm seeing temperatures around 62°C under full load. Let me know.

Obtain an aftermarket cooler, avoid overclocking with a standard CPU cooler.
By the way, I noticed a 920 at 4.2ghz running in air; if you have suitable hardware and quality silicone lubricant, you might achieve speeds around 4ghz on this model.

Overclocking and a stock cooler are incompatible.
