Relies on your chip and motherboard. Usually begin low, raising by 0.05V steps. I have 4.8Ghz at 1.28V, I can handle 4.9 at 1.31/1.32 roughly, but that's beyond typical safe ranges considering my cooler and room temperature. Stay under 1.35 and it should work. I pushed mine overclocked but had to slow it down a bit due to memory controller problems after 18 months. The voltage I used was 1.44V, not the full 24/7, so I suggested capping it at 1.40V.
