On what job? Tasks below 100 are acceptable, but 81 in demanding workloads are okay. Temperatures above 1.3V are normal if voltage exceeds that threshold.

It's not necessary unless stability is confirmed and noise is within limits. You might consider reducing voltage at the same clock speed and aiming for the minimum required, then adjust slightly—perhaps by 5mV.
