Dual bios offers a backup of the bios in case it gets corrupted, letting you switch to the backup version. I believe Q-flash won't work either since the system would have to boot from the bios, which needs a CPU. Q-flash lets you install the bios on a USB and update it outside Windows, but you'll still need to start from within the bios.
