In any case, you should reach about 4.5ghz across all cores while keeping voltages under 1.3v, which means you'll be undervolting and overclocking simultaneously.

Plus one from TechyInAZ means unless you win the silicon lottery and obtain a top-performing chip (which is rare), the H55 won't suffice for high OC on the 7700K.
