There are three options available:
(1) Upgrade to a big air model or at least a 240mm AIO.
(2) Perform the CPU delidding yourself, or send it to Silicon Lottery for hassle-free delidding.
... OR ...
(3) If you aim for maximum performance from your CPU, then consider both.
The best value comes from delidding, including shipping, which is roughly $50.
Silicon Lottery is a trustworthy company that delivers quality work quickly and offers a warranty. At full load, delidding can lower your Core temperatures by around 18°C, bringing them down to under 70°C at your current overclock, and even more with better cooling. This would provide the overclocking margin you’re seeking.
Nevertheless, it’s important to consider: is spending $150 for shipping, delidding, and a cooler worth it? The improvement from going from 4.6 to 4.8 MHz is less than 4.4%, which is a small gain overall. In terms of gaming performance at 1080p, beyond benchmarks, it’s unlikely you’ll notice much difference. Take your time to think.

Yeah, regarding delidding, I come from Southeastern Europe, so shipping would be a problem, and also, I don't want to risk my $400 chip. Honestly, something feels off with my cooler, so I'll replace the timer as soon as possible. Right now, the next upgrade I'm considering is a new GPU.
