I plan to purchase a new PC featuring an i7 7700k, although I understand there are better options available. Will this model be adequate for running the CPU at 4.5 GHz or above?

It's described as a 150W cooler, but the CPU requires around 130W. This setup could support a slight overclock or reasonable turbo if you ensure good airflow. It's not ideal (I'd prefer over 200W for better performance), but it's still suitable and not bad.
