Hi,
I’m not sure about the specifics of overclocking a CNPS10X Optima with an i7 6700K CPU. Could you provide more details?

Obtain a Hyper 212 Evo, pair it with a set of Sp120 fans for push-pull cooling, fine-tune for the lowest available voltages and you’re already running cooler than the H110 on this unit. At least as stock performance. Check out Phanteks.

I would recommend something improved if it's meant for O/C, but it will work for the stock speed of the Skylake.

Obtain a Hyper 212 Evo, pair it with a set of Sp120 fans for push-pull cooling, tweak settings to work with the lowest available voltages and you’re already running cooler than the H110 on this unit. At least as far as stock performance goes. Check out Phanteks.
