Fixed the best answer. Those temperatures are excessively high. 74C at stock speeds with a Cryorig H7? My 6700K at 4.6Ghz and 1.35v won't exceed 70C on a single core without performing Prime Small FFTs and an Intel Burn Test simultaneously. My Phanteks cooler is better but not much more so.
Did you clear the CMOS? By using the jumper or by taking out the motherboard battery while the board is unplugged?
I believe we're in different time zones.
Could you take screenshots of CPU-Z and HWMonitor? We need to check the voltages and temperatures.
The power supply seems lower quality and isn't suitable for a high-end system with overclocking. It's under stress from the GTX 780 as well. I'm not sure if that's the issue, but it's possible.

The power supply seems low quality and isn't suitable for a high-end system with overclocking. It's already under stress from the GTX 780, though it's possible this is the issue.
I recently overclocked my i7 6700K at 4.5GHZ and 1,350V. In 15 hours my PC will be running fine.
Right now I'm monitoring my system unit for more details—please view the image for clarity.

I used VMworkstation 12 because my CPU usage is too high.

Have you tried memtest86+?
A bad ram stick might also be the reason for those issues.
not yet
🙁
I don't know how to run memtest86+
What modifications did you make to fix it??
Check this link: http://www.memtest.org/
You can download the program to a USB or burn it onto a CD/DVD.
After installation, boot from that device and it should work. It runs with its own OS, not Windows.
A great tool to verify your build before installing Windows.
