Verify the thaiphoon burner for a RAM IC type if you're unsure about removing the heatsink. If it's a Hyix chip, you likely have high-quality components capable of handling over 3000 MHz. For other types, performance will still be solid, around the 2000s range, except for Elpida and PSC 4Gbits which are outdated. These older chips won't exceed 2666 MHz. If your system uses 16GB RAM, it's running dual-rank instead of single-rank, which usually limits it to about 2666 MHz due to voltage constraints. However, dual-rank offers roughly 30% more bandwidth, so it should easily surpass 3000 MHz. For confirmation, share a screenshot of your burner setup.

Keep in mind your RAM is a 2x8 DDR3 1866 Fury Hyper X Kingstone Blue. Will you encounter any problems? Since you can adjust the clock speed to around 2800MHz, it should be fine.

If you push it beyond its rated limits and it works, you're responsible for checking its stability. We can't pinpoint exactly what causes issues. It requires both voltage and timing to function properly, so performance will likely be limited by the CPU.
