Hey
I have a set of F3-2400C11-8GXM Ripjaws X Series modules, each with 8GB (two 4GB) DDR3 2400MHZ RAM.
Because they support XMP 2400, I replaced them. However, memtest is reporting odd errors. After some searching, I’m a bit confused about the setup.
With XMP turned on, the system adjusts voltages automatically. I’ve manually set the CPU core and ring to 1.150 and the DRAM voltage to 1.550.
These adjustments kept the system stable for a while, but it started showing BSODs with an error code 0x0000003B, which seems like a memory problem.
Using the original speeds works fine.
I’m currently testing pre-made CL11 compatibility and 2133Mhz modules. Memtest ran cleanly then.
Do you have any advice on overclocking the CPU to reach 2400MHz?
I’m using Dark Rock Pro 4 as the cooler and MSI Z97 Gaming 5 with the latest BIOS.

It seems your system is experiencing issues with memory stability. Could you clarify what you mean by "8 gigs of memory"?

I'm working with two 8Gb sticks, but I can't return them.

It's taken me a moment, but it seems this board is a 4th generation model. Are you checking if it supports overclocking up to 2400? I haven't looked yet.
