It's fine if you use 4.7ghz on an i7 4790k every day with the default voltage settings. I checked and there were no bluescreens.

When you refer to default voltage, do you mean automatic voltage? Keep an eye on your voltage with CPU Z and also track your temperatures during stress testing.
