Hello, while working on Prome95 (big FFTS) my CPU reaches around 70°C under full load, it quickly rises to 89-90°C after just five minutes. This happens because the heat builds up faster than cooling can manage. The i7 10700K at 5.1 GHz with Corsair H100i pro xt shows this trend consistently.

The FFT size can vary depending on the settings, with some options consuming significantly more CPU resources than others.

If the output reaches exactly 125W, it suggests the Turbo Boost threshold is being triggered, unless those settings are disabled. Otherwise, it seems like Prime95 is running with various FFT configurations, as discussed earlier.
