@DennyEZ Close HWMonitor and switch to HWiNFO. Select Sensors-only when using HWiNFO. Your system might not have enough memory, but it isn’t causing the slowdown you’re experiencing. When your computer is busy with Cinebench, the CPU may not operate at its full capacity. It’s likely due to power limits being restricted in the BIOS. The data you shared indicates your CPU is capped at 65W, which is its standard TDP. HWiNFO will show throttling warnings and explain why it’s being limited. Check for IATongueackage-Level RAPL/PBM PL1 or PL2, PL3—those are the turbo power caps that need adjustment in BIOS to unlock full performance.
