your system reports 4.6ghz across all cores, even though asus enabled multicore optimization in bios. Some users claim the i5-9600k actually reaches 4.6ghz on one core and 4.3ghz on others.

All four main cores perform at 4.6 simultaneously. The current view displays five cores with a mix of 4.3 and 4.0, resulting in an average of 4.3.

they may reach 4.6 simultaneously too. that was a low-demand situation. observe the averages—well core 0 isn't better than the others.
