i5 9600k Temp

Hello, I'm working with an i5 9600K that's being overclocked to 5.0ghz @ 1.35 with a Corsair h100X AIO Cooler. During idle, I usually see temperatures in the mid to late 30°C. Is this typical? All the information I've read suggests stock CPUs run at this level. Also, this is my first time overclocking a CPU, so there could be some BIOS issues I haven't noticed yet. Thanks.

idle - fairly good performance, quite engaging during operation. As I understand, loads between 70-74°C are acceptable, but with your cooling setup it should be around 60-65°C.

At load it would reach 70°C occasionally. I raised the pump fan speeds to assist the process. I just don’t want to damage the CPU since I don’t frequently experience heavy loads. Witcher 3 runs it at 50°C.
