I noticed a performance issue with my system at 1440p using a 3080 graphics card and Ryzen 3600 in CP2077. The ultra quality settings, ray tracing, and DLSS balance seem to be causing the bottleneck. Upgrading to an 8-core processor really improved things, especially during low frame rates.
