Yes, applied the right amount of paste. Still the same. There are a few things I didn't say. While testing, I ran the GPU at full capacity during the firmware update. Also, I live in India where it's hot during summer.

When it reaches 85°C it won’t slow down due to heat, so you don’t have to be concerned about that.

You're raising the temperature in the case with GPU usage, and your environment is likely 5-10°C warmer than typical test conditions. That should be fine.

That’s the temperature setting I have on my 8600k OCD unit—it looks fine. If you reach a peak of 85°C in p95, you won’t see close to that during regular operation.
