I don’t understand the local market well, so I can only say the hardware feels average and I’m unsure about the price of a B450/Ryzen 5 2600.
It's a pretty simple motherboard, but it should function fine. The CPU you mentioned is a solid choice for its cost. I've got a 2600 and a cheap B450 for around $260. Even though this Intel model has just six threads, it should perform better than the 2600 in games.
