Hi, your i5 6600k is already running at 4.5GHz with good stability—26°C idle and 46°C under load. You might consider a slight boost if you want better performance, but it depends on your needs.

What cooler are you using? Which stress test are you running, and how long is the duration? Your Vcore is set to 46°C, which is an excellent load temperature. You can increase it further if needed, but be careful not to exceed a high voltage.
