Is there any method to boost its speed so I can achieve better performance? The system is running Windows 10 and I'm having trouble overclocking it.

OCing isn't available directly on the chip, yes. A few boards could support BCLK IIRC, though they were rare—mostly limited to a handful of OEM Dell products.
