I recently tried OC GENIE on my CPU (my chips are really bad, I've tested lots of voltages but this is the best I've gotten so far—temperatures are fine while gaming). I also got a HYPER 212 EVO cooler!

The issue arises because the voltage is too high. I'm using the same CPU but setting it to 1.051 V at 3.7GHz. (Higher overclocking demands more voltage. Returning to stock speed of 3.4 GHz will reduce power usage significantly. Also, OC Genie tends to raise the voltage; try disabling it to check if temperatures and voltages decrease.)

Même à basse température ?? je veux dire, c'est chaud ici en Serbie mais j'ai jamais eu des températures comme ça auparavant.
J'ai vraiment peur de brûler ma carte.

that's a bit intense for a normal operating temperature, unless the space is extremely warm—then you'll always be warmer than the room's outside air. still, naturally increasing the speed often leads to more heat, which might be the reason too.
