Hello
My i5-4670k at 4.4ghz seems stable after three hours of Prime95 and 10x10 with no issues. Playing games like Ghost Recon: Wildlands for hours without problems confirms it's working well. The voltage reading you mentioned is quite low, but it’s normal for this model. The slight increase to 1.176v in CPU-Z doesn’t seem concerning unless you’re using adaptive frequency scaling. Raising it further to 4.6ghz isn’t necessary unless you notice performance drops. Let me know if you need more details.

When temperatures drop below 60c the system remains stable. It's a frustrating issue that when you adjust the voltage in the bios the cpu still goes over. I've noticed several tech reviewers such as Jaystwo cents point out this problem, especially after they overclocked their setups. You might not need to further restrict the system if you don't wish to raise the graphic settings, and you've already reached or surpassed your display's maximum refresh rate.
