Okay guys, so I created an original character based on a video linked here.
Details: i53570k processor, z77x-ud3h, 750w gold power supply, 16gb DDR3 xpg memory with 1600, gtx1060 6gb, 500gb SSD, 1tb 7200rpm hard drive. Antec kuhler all-in-one liquid cooling system with some 140mm fans.
After following the instructions and reaching a clock speed of 4.4ghz (which is a safer setting than what the video suggested), I’m stuck at the first screen where I need to enter my BIOS. Before this, I cleaned the cooler, removed any old thermal paste, and reapplied fresh thermal paste since it’s been three years.
Can I reset my clock so I can get back into the system?

Restart BIOS by removing the power to the motherboard battery or employ a jumper switch.
