I aim to boost my future i5 3570k to 4ghz using a cooler master hyper 212x. Will this work and keep my degree under 73? I’ll be using a biostar tz68k+ mmo.

There are several factors that make it hard to give a clear response:
1) We lack information about your specific situation and the room temperature, both important for overclocking.
2) CPU performance varies widely depending on quality.
3) The quality of your power supply significantly affects overclock results.
