I’m trying to overclock the i5 2400 at 2.5 ghz on a Zebronics zeb h61 board.
I installed Intel XTU but everything is restricted in the advanced options.
I also tried BIOS, and when I go to ICC it says a library is missing.
Can you help me resolve this?
Overclocking a K-CPU is limited to models like 2500K and only possible with P67 or Z68 boards. It's more practical to upgrade to a higher-end CPU. Used Sandy Bridge CPUs are currently being offered at significantly reduced prices.
