Would be interested in hearing thoughts on whether it's feasible to overclock an i5 2400 in this configuration.

You might be locked out of the BIOS, but you could try searching online for a BIOS crack. However, that won't ensure you can adjust the turbo settings. Instead, check your BIOS for any turbo multipliers you can change. If available, this would let you go up to four levels higher than the standard setting.
