Experiencing problems after upgrading from the i3 12100F to the i5 13600KF with updated BIOS? The drivers stopped working, causing issues. Intelppm.sys crashed. It seems the new setup isn’t compatible yet. The system ran smoothly with the older motherboard. Please check if there’s anything missing or adjust settings.

Can’t perform tasks sometimes works fine but then freezes unexpectedly, even though it was powered on properly. It happened during a power-saving mode.

Consider upgrading with a fresh installation of your old CPU. Make sure to update the Intel ME drivers and move forward to the 13600KF model.

You're facing the same issue with your 13600K and Z690 DDR4 RAM. Others seem to have it too, but turning off Intel Turbo Boost seems to resolve the problem. It's really frustrating.
