Hi, I'm attempting to push my I5 10600k to overclock and it's proving difficult to reach 4.9GHz without increasing the voltage to 1.320MHz with an LLC4 chipset, which would push it closer to 1.351 under full load. AVX is enabled at -1 and the ring bus is set to AUTO. My motherboard is an MSI Z490 Gaming Plus paired with Corsair 16GB Vengeance RPGA Pro RAM, and I'm using the H115i Pro X cooler.

This was my first stable 4.9GHz run without BSOD or crashes. However, I experienced random Cinebech R20 overheating and temperatures around 80°C, followed by 10 Linpack Extreme runs that stayed near 90°C but still within acceptable stress-test limits.

After everything went well, I decided to leave the PC running Prime95 for a few hours before coming back. When I returned, everything was functioning normally with no crashes, though the CPU reached up to 100°C—something concerning given the H115i cooler.

Any suggestions? It seems really challenging to hit 4.9GHz properly, and I'm feeling a bit disheartened since many people claim significant overclock potential.

Okey, some update.... I am completely stunned... I tried running cinebenchR20 during prime95 and my temps as soon as I press RUN are drop from 92 to 75-79 and as soon as cinebench finishes the run it goes straight back to 92 how is that possible?
