You're using a 1080Ti but confirmed the integrated GPU is present. BIOS shows no status and no signal between motherboard and monitor—what a surprise!

I recall another person experiencing the same problem recently on an ASUS board. Do you have the most recent BIOS version installed?

Located his file and reviewed the ASUS site—it was definitely the BIOS. Used to see these download pages go missing for years, so finding several fresh BIOS updates since my last PC build surprised me. The Armoury Crate still provides an older BIOS for download; I relied on it initially because it reliably handles such tasks like a hawk.
