The value for the money isn't outstanding, though it might work if you have just four threads; otherwise, the i3 could lead to some performance issues.

What do you mean by 570? 580 seems too strong for the i3 8100 and could cause stuttering.

Only a handful of motherboards support DDR3 with that specific processor. Simply adding more RAM won’t make much difference. Haha, right? It won’t work.
