Are you running an LLC? It’s unclear if Coffee/Kaby Lake supports it, but using a lower Vcore with the highest LLC might yield better results. LLC isn’t advised at very high Vcore levels since it can increase Vcore under load if set to enthusiast. If you haven’t configured LLC properly, the drop in Vcore could cause instability. From what I understand, Coffee Lake/Kaby Lake tend to run hot, so a delidding is often needed for extreme overclocks (>4.8Ghz). As clocks get closer to extreme speeds, other voltages or settings usually need adjustment to keep things stable. Your cooler seems capable, but you might want to re-seat it and ensure the thermal paste is applied correctly—temperatures around 90°C at 1.52V are normal.
