I'm unable to overclock my laptop. I've also used the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, but it doesn't offer basic tuning options. Other laptops have this feature available, which is missing from mine.

It isn't possible to increase its speed beyond the manufacturer's limit. Only the K chips in Intel CPUs can be overclocked. This component is a U chip. Apologies for the confusion.
