your system runs a 1050ti i3 3220 with 8gb ram. you use most games at 30-40% gpu and 80-100% cpu. to boost gpu performance, consider adjusting power limits, core clock, or memory clock settings. some games like fortnite, pubg lite, apex cs, and go may benefit from these tweaks.

Certainly, but it may lead to reduced efficiency.

That's frustrating, finding another way to increase FPS isn't helping when lowering resolution or graphics quality makes things worse.

Opt for a budget-friendly option and upgrade to an additional 8GB RAM stick (same as yours). This should boost your FPS. Then search for refurbished i7 2600K or i7 2600 models.

Purchase a refurbished i7 3770 and add extra RAM. Your processor is limiting performance.

It seems you're looking for a CPU upgrade. A processor from the same generation as your current one could work well, such as an i7 3770 or i7 3770K, and adding more RAM might also improve performance.

Right now there are no options available due to the quarantine, so I'm seeking alternative approaches.

Postal services aren't functioning in your area? Quarantine refers to staying away from others and avoiding services, not restricting shopping or online purchases. You can still buy items from eBay or other second-hand platforms. As long as shipping and postal systems operate, you're able to transact. If you're concerned about contamination, keep the goods inside the box for a short time.
