I use Fortnite with an i3 12100F and a 4060Ti, averaging 70-240 FPS in performance mode with low settings. I believe a 4060Ti would boost my FPS significantly compared to someone with a 5600x and 3060 getting about 1400 FPS under the same conditions. Anyone have any tips or solutions?

I assume you're referring to 140 frames per second. Are both of you using 1080p resolution? What temperatures are your GPU and CPU reaching (using HWinfo64)? How much of your CPU capacity is being utilized?

You're experiencing high temperatures on your GPU (around 55°C), while your CPU is under heavy load (90% usage) and your GPU is only using about 17%.

I'm checking how your components are handling different settings. The videos suggest your 4080 and 7950X struggle to hit even basic frame rates, especially at lower resolutions. It seems your CPU might be getting quite hot during these tests.

He is wrong about that. 1400fps isn<|pad|>, and it would be useless since it far exceeds the double of the highest refresh rates on today's screens.
