the maximum temperature reached was 75C during the stress test, which seems acceptable as it wasn't an unusual condition.

Thanks you, I believe adjusting the CPU ration to 45 is possible without modifying any other voltage settings.

Never have a doubt. You can always attempt again. I would increase it by one, check if the test remains stable, then bump it up another one.
I consistently aim for optimal performance using the minimum voltage possible.
