It is good for gaming, considering its specs.
You can get a 144Hz monitor.
Yes, you can run most games at 144 FPS or more.
The Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics and GTX 1060 6GB are capable of high frame rates in many modern titles.

Here’s the rewritten text, focusing on clarity and conciseness:

“This build focuses on a powerful CPU-ready for demanding games like League of Legends and CS:GO. To maximize performance, I've selected fast RAM (3000 MHz) and a motherboard compatible with a recent Ryzen processor. A critical note is that an updated BIOS will likely be required to support the chosen CPU, particularly if using a 1*** series Ryzen processor. This ensures compatibility and optimal performance within the A320 system. While not ideal for high-end gaming, this configuration should comfortably handle titles like Minecraft at 144 FPS.”

Absolutely a waste of a watercooler on tbe CPU since you can't overclock on an a320 board. If you're building this yourself the a320 may not support your CPU without a bios update which will require a 1*** series ryzen processor to perform. And you want that ram to be fast (3000 mhz) if possible
It'll probably be good enough to run league of legends or Minecraft or csgo at 144 fps not much else

That’s a fair question! While the A320 board *could* potentially support your CPU, it’s generally recommended for gaming purposes to have a different motherboard. The Ryzen processor you mentioned is designed for high-performance computing and needs a specific chipset for optimal gaming performance – something the A320 isn't built for.

Specifically, those fast RAM speeds (3000MHz) are often optimized by newer chipsets and won’t be fully utilized on an older board like the A320. It’s also important to note that Fortnite and similar games require significant processing power and graphics capabilities, which is where a more powerful motherboard would come in handy.

Essentially, while your current setup *might* technically run some less demanding games at 144 FPS, you'd be severely limiting yourself when it comes to the latest titles or anything requiring substantial graphical horsepower. It’s like having a fast car with tiny tires – you won't get the best performance!

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:

For optimal performance in demanding games, consider these components. A Ryzen 5 1600 or 1400 processor paired with an RTX 1060 or 1070 graphics card is a solid foundation. Overclocking the CPU can further boost speeds. However, be mindful of your system’s capabilities – a 4-core (8 thread) CPU might struggle with modern games increasingly reliant on multithreading. Aim for at least 144 frames per second if possible, and if you need that level of performance, an Intel Core i7-8700K combined with an RTX 2060 or GTX 1070 Ti would be a better choice. Don't expect to consistently achieve 100 fps in most AAA titles; 60Hz is often sufficient.

tagreb2001 :
i reccomend 60hz monitor for that rig as u won't touch 100fps in most AAA games
4 cores (4 threads) cpu won't last too much (maybe) as i see games are depending on multithreads more and more
so i reccomend ryzen 5 1600 or at least ryzen 5 1400 paired with gtx 1060 or 1070 and oc the cpu
but if u want 144 fps it would be better to get i7 8700k with rtx 2060 or gtx 1070 ti
Buy this pc it's good to play? like to run around 80 fps in fortnite or bo4 ?

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“This setup – a 60Hz monitor, four cores (likely Ryzen), and a GTX 1060/1070 – would be adequate for running games at around 80fps in titles like Fortnite or Bo4. However, it’s not ideal for high-refresh rate gaming.

To improve performance significantly, I recommend upgrading to a faster CPU like a Ryzen 5 1600 or 1400 paired with the GPU. For smoother 144fps, an i7 8700k with an RTX 2060 or better would be preferable.”
